I love making homemade envelopes. They can be made from any paper that works with the size of your envelope. To start take apart the original envelope, opening flat. Trace around on the paper using. Cut out and glue together. You are done. You can even do for manila envelopes. I use the manila/paperbag envelopes  for storage of game pieces, flannel board set, flashcards, whatever your imagination can dream up.
